News - ACT ONE OF DIE MEISTERSCHWINDLERN ENDS THIS WEEK: "Let's review this more carefully.
• Question #1: How come press photographers were present on a railway line, which is heavily guarded, in the middle of the night/early morning of Saturday 23rd August? The only possible explanation must be that they were tipped off in advance, in the middle of the night.
• Question #2: How come these photographs in the British press carried no provenance? Normally, such pictures are attributed, for instance, to Associated Press, Agence France-Presse, Reuters, or whatever. So, WHY NO PROVENANCE?
In our Update of 25th August to the preceding report, we hinted at the possibility that this was a US or Georgian provocation (same thing) but then opted for the interim conclusion that it represented a further response by GRU-Prime Minister Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin to the non-payment of the $87 billion (his Reagan-Mitterrand Protocols $30 billion plus compound interest), first by Monday 18th August, and then by the Putin deadline of close of business EDT on Friday 22nd August.
But in the light of the above unanswered questions, we can now see more clearly that this could have been US RETALIATION, which could be considered to serve the Bush White House's 'Black' agenda of 'Blackening' perceptions of Russia and Putin, especially in the light"
